The episode starts with Guddu asking Shristi to please come to the entrance, saying it is difficult to handle things. Shristi comes to the entrance.
Shristi asks the people in the crowd not to create a scene there. One of the people in the crowd accuses Shristi and JBMMC Hospital of exploiting the patients. Shristi tells the crowd that there are a lot of patients getting treatment there, and they are creating trouble for those patients. The crowd does not listen to Shristi and starts shouting slogans against JBMMC Hospital.
One of the people in the crowd throws a flower vase at Shristi. Dev catches the flower vase before it hits her. Dev tells the crowd that there are many patients in the hospital receiving treatment, and if anyone is troubled because of them, he will not spare any of them.
Dev later argues with the crowd and tells them how much his family cares for the hospital. Dev says he has only forgotten eight years of his memory. He says he was a doctor before that and already had an MBBS and an MD degree. Dev says that if his family wanted, he could work there as a doctor, but instead he works as a junior aide to the doctors because his family thought he should not treat patients until he fully recovered. Dev tells everyone in the crowd that what they have seen is only half the truth. He says he will never pick up a stethoscope again if anyone can prove that Chandini’s health was ruined because of him. The patients treated by Dev also come forward and defend him in front of the crowd. Seeing this, the crowd leaves. Sunny witnesses everything.
Sunny later thinks that if things get worse, Dev might not be able to handle them. Sunny makes a call to someone.
The doctors think Dev gave an impressive speech and handled the situation well. A patient named Daksha is admitted to the hospital.
Daksha’s fiancé talks to the doctor, but the doctor does not give him any information about Daksha, so they ask another person.
Daksha regains consciousness. The doctors ask Daksha if she recalls why she fell unconscious. Daksha tells the doctors that she tripped because of the lehanga and sprained her right hand. She says she later lost consciousness. Daksha’s fiancé asks the doctor if they can take her home, but the doctor says they need to keep her under observation.
Ananya notices Chetan and asks him what he is doing there. Chetan says his dadi told him that Ananya was upset with his surprise yesterday, so she asked him to surprise her again today. Ananya comments on Chetan’s behavior. She then turns around and sees Devayani.
Chetan tells Ananya that Devayani, his dadi, and he wanted to surprise her together and asks how she liked the surprise. Devayani subtly hints to Ananya that she loves her grandson Chetan very much and that she should not avoid him. Devayani also asks Ananya to learn how to balance work and life. Ananya agrees.
Vani talks to Dev about Daksha’s condition. Dev asks Vani if she noticed that Daksha was wearing sports shoes under her bridal dress. Vani says no.
Devayani asks Sunny what he was doing when Dev was silencing the crowd. Sunny says he has already made another move and asks Devayani not to worry. Devayani agrees.
Abhir, Vani, and Dev talk to Daksha. Dev asks Daksha why she was wearing sports shoes under a bridal dress. Daksha says she was practicing in the bridal dress when she tripped, fell, and injured her right hand. Vani and Abhir remind Daksha that she had earlier said she fell because she wanted to see the groom. Daksha says she never said anything like that. Dev asks Daksha to calm down and offers her some water. He then asks if she is left-handed because she held the glass with her left hand. Daksha says yes.
Dev tells Abhir and Vani that if Daksha had fallen naturally, her left hand should have been sprained because people instinctively use their dominant hand to stop a fall. Dev, Abhir, and Vani conclude that Daksha is lying.
Episode ends.

Our take:- Dev’s powerful stand against the crowd was the highlight of the episode and showed how deeply he cares for the hospital.
Daksha’s inconsistent statements have clearly raised suspicion, and Dev smartly caught the loophole in her story.
With Sunny now plotting against Dev, the upcoming episodes are likely to bring major trouble and intense drama.
