In today’s episode, Surekha says Akshara and Abhimanyu are inseparable. She claims what if Akshara and Abhimanyu want to fake marriage and come together again. Suhasini shuts Surekha. Abhinav overhears Surekha, Suhasini and Swarna’s conversation. Suhasini asks Surekha to stop. Surekha confront Abhinav over his wedding with Akshara. She exposes Abhinav and Akshara sleep separately. Surekha asks Abhinav if he was sure Akshara will run back to Abhimanyu one day thus he maintained distance with her. Abhinav walks out.
Akshara gets a panic attack. She recalls Manjiri’s accusation. Abhir asks Abhinav where all went. He asks Abhinav to tell. Abhinav recalls Surekha and Manjiri’s word. Abhir asks Abhinav to tell what happened. Abhinav asks Abhir to give him some time. Akshara gets restless. Abhinav sees Akshara. He stands confused and thinks how he should confront Akshara that she still love Abhimanyu. Abhinav think if Akshara will confess her love for Abhimanyu than he won’t be able to handle. He adds when Akshara asked to remove ‘ji’ he expected she wanted to give a chance to their relationship. Abhinav stands shattered.
Ruhi comes to Akshara. She asks if she was waiting for her. Akshara hugs Ruhi. She learns Abhinav was standing behind. Mahima along with Rohan performs Abhimanyu’s surgery. Parth asks Manjiri to relax. Kairav asks Manjiri not to worry as Abhimanyu will be fine. Arohi think if Abhimanyu was in a hurry to meet Akshara. She remembers Akshara and Abhimanyu’s moment. Arohi decide to focus on Abhimanyu’s operation. Manjiri wait for Mahima or other doctor to tell about Abhimanyu. Mahima needs blood. Anand says to Mahima that Abhimanyu is not responding. He asks Abhimanyu to support them. Manjiri worry if God will snatch Abhimanyu too like Neil.
Swarna asks Manish about Abhimanyu. Abhir and Ruhi learn Abhimanyu is in hospital. They says family lied to them about Abhimanyu. Akshara over hears Abhir and Ruhi. Parth and Kairav arrange blood for Abhimanyu. Ruhi cry for Abhimanyu. Akshara asks Ruhi not to worry as Abhimanyu will be well soon. Abhir asks Ruhi not to worry and pray to God.
Abhir says to Ruhi that Lord Shiva will hear their prayer and will cure Abhimanyu. Ruhi says but she can’t see Lord Shiva. Abhir brings stone and says Neelima told him if they pray by heart than stone will turn into God too. Abhimanyu response post Abhir and Ruhi pray to God.
Abhir puts Ruhi to the sleep. Suhasini and others adore Ruhi and Abhir’s bond. Abhir demand to meet Abhimanyu. Akshara refuse to take Abhir to the hospital. Abhir decide to save Abhimanyu. He decide to meet Abhimanyu at any cost. Mahima, Rohan and Anand performs the surgery. Abhir walks out in the night to meet Abhimanyu. [Episode Ends]
