In today’s episode, Akshara gives forehead kiss to Abhinav. Abhinav says he thought she will hit him. Akshara asks Abhinav what he means. Abhinav says at hospital she likes to slap. Akshara recalls her moments with Abhinav. She says his action is hit worthy. Akshara asks Abhinav to promise he will never leave Abhir. She asks Abhinav to stay with him forever. Abhinav says he too wants to fulfil his promise. He says he wants to be with Abhir and Akshara forever. Abhinav promises to never leave her. He further demands Akshara if she can sing a song for him. Akshara decide to sing a song until Abhinav stops her.
Goenkas distribute sweets at the hospital. Manish thanks doctors for operating Abhinav. Doctors team says to Manish that they only did their job. Akshara sings a song for Abhinav. Both exchanges roses with each other. Akshara writes ILU on Abhinav’s bandage. She hugs Abhinav. Abhinav realises his end is near. Manjiri talks with inspector. Abhimanyu in the jail think anything can happen after surgery, thus care is needed until 24hours. Abhinav confesses his love for Akshara and breathes last. Akshara calls out for doctor. She asks Abhinav to wake up.
Abhimanyu realises something is not right. He feels restless. Muskaan worries for Abhinav. Doctors’ checks Abhinav. They inform Abhinav’s pulses are dropping. Goenkas requests to let them go to support Akshara. Muskaan asks hospital staffs to let them go inside. Abhimanyu feels restless. He worries for Abhinav. Abhimanyu makes a request to let him make one call. Inspector asks Abhimanyu to stop. Abhinav’s pulses drop. He asks Akshara to tell Abhir that he loves him. Abhinav dies. Akshara sit stunned. Goenkas runs to check why Akshara was screaming.
Akshara remembers her moments with Abhinav. Muskaan cries for Abhinav. Neelima and others stand stunned. Muskaan asks doctors to check again. She asks Akshara to react. Arohi and Swarna supports Akshara. Muskaan says Abhinav is alive. She loses control. Kairav helps Muskaan. Manjiri, Anand and Shefali visit Abhinav. They get shocked.
Muskaan stops Manjiri from touching Abhinav. She accuses Abhimanyu for taking Abhinav’s life. Muskaan vows to punish Abhimanyu. She says what Abhimanyu wanted, happened. Akshara stands up and sings a song for Abhinav. Goenkas and Birlas stands shocked. Akshara acts weird. She asks Abhinav to take a rest as they have to go to Kasauli. Akshara talks with Abhinav and says they have to return to Kasauli thus he needs to rest. Kairav tries to talk with Akshara. Akshara asks Kairav to speak softly as Abhinav is resting. Goenkas breaks down.
Akshara gets a call from Abhir. Abhir asks Akshara if Abhinav returned from Kasauli. Akshara tells to Abhir that Abhinav returned and they are coming back soon. Goenkas cries. [Episode Ends]
