In today’s episode, Manish and Swarna asks Arohi about Abhir. Arohi stands mum. Swarna asks Arohi if Abhir is fine or not. She asks Arohi to speak up. Akshara asks Arohi about Abhir. Arohi tells to everyone that Abhimanyu is not gathering strength to operate Abhir. She says he isn’t Dr. Abhimanyu. Kairav gets irritated.
Manish asks Arohi to make Abhimanyu understand. Akshara and others stand shocked. Abhinav says Abhimanyu is a good doctor he won’t let anything happen to Abhir. He asks everyone not to worry. Abhinav asks Akshara if he is saying truth. Akshara stands teary.
Arohi asks Abhimanyu to operate as they are losing Abhir. She asks Abhimanyu to operate his son as he needs him. Arohi insists Abhimanyu to start operation as they are losing Abhir. Akshara sings a song. Abhimanyu gathers courage to operate Abhir. Goenkas and Birlas pray together. Abhinav leaves the place. Kairav asks Swarna to stop Akshara as she is singing from so long. Swarna says Akshara is a mother and she is fighting along. Abhinav brings the water. Akshara continues to sing without a break.
Abhimanyu along with his team performs the surgery. He comes out from the operation theatre. Manish and Abhinav asks Abhimanyu to tell about Abhir. Abhimanyu stands mum. Manish asks Abhimanyu to speak up. Abhimanyu informs that Abhir is fine and surgery took place successfully. He says their Abhir is good. Akshara leaves the place.
Abhinav and others gets happy. They thank God. Abhinav hugs Abhimanyu. Manjiri hugs Arohi. Abhinav asks Arohi if they can meet Abhir. Rohan says Abhir is yet to gain consciousness. He says they can meet him later. Abhimanyu looks for Akshara. Akshara cries. Abhimanyu goes to Akshara. Akshara breaks down in Abhimanyu’s arm.
Abhimanyu cries along. He resists from hugging Akshara back. Akshara thanks Abhimanyu. She says if anything would have happened to Abhir she would have not live. Abhimanyu says Abhir is his son too and could not have let anything happened to him either. Akshara says to Abhimanyu that she has lots of respect for him despite their issues. Abhimanyu, Akshara discuss about Abhir.
Ruhi prays for Abhir. She decides to play football once Abhir gets well. Sehfali asks Ruhi she don’t like football. Ruhi says for Abhir she will play. Suhasini instruct Muskaan to take food for everyone. Kairav insists Muskaan to come along.
Akshara, Abinav wait to meet Abhir. Abhir gains consciousness and calls Abhimanyu. Abhinav steps back. Abhir apologize to Abhimanyu for being naughty. He says it was his mistake. Abhir says to Abhimanyu that he is sure he will save him always. Abhimanyu says to Abhir he will stay with him always. Akshara and Abhinav stands stunned. Abhinav meet Abhir. He further hugs Abhimanyu.
