The episode starts with Queenie Bakshi tells Abhimanyu that he is taking the conversation a little too serious. Here Shauvik tells Asmita might be with him but her thoughts are with somewhere else. Abhimanyu thinks this is the second time she left him for that boring guy. He then thinks to make sure not to Asmita not to repeat the same. He also gets determined to make Asmita remember only him and his story hereafter. Meanwhile Asmita decides to make Abhimanyu understand she have family and boyfriend who is her priority. She also gets determined to maintain a distance with him hereafter at any cost and not to let him defeat her at all. The next day Shalini asks Asmita the reason behind her printing Abhimanyu’s new story first chapter. Asmita tells she wants to maintain a distance with him doing this. Someone sees them. Shalini reads the chapter.
Asmita takes the print from her hand then leaves. Aarya enters and takes her dupatta then leaves the place. Asmita gets confused and wonders why Abhimanyu isn’t come to office yet. She calls him and messages him. Abhimanyu who is playing tennis notices Asmita’s messages and calls during break but ignores it then go back to play. Asmita wonders is Abhimanyu is behaving like this because she cancelled the meeting previous day to meet Shauvik? She then says herself Abhimanyu can’t be that stupid to act this way.
Shalini informs Asmita Maya is calling her so the latter leaves the room laying Abhimanyu’s first chapter print there itself. Asmita informs Maya that Abhimanyu isn’t responding to her calls and messages neither he is in office yet. Maya calls Abhimanyu. The latter answers her call and informs he is busy writing the second chapter. Asmita tells Abhimanyu that she edited the first chapter. Abhimanyu asks her to send mail then disconnects the line. Maya asks Asmita to do the same and sends her out. Asmita gets upset and scolds Abhimanyu for acting this way. Someone takes photo copy of Abhimanyu’s new concept and first chapter then leaves.
Asmita gets shocked finding the prints are scattered also her laptop is on then thinks she must have left it on then resumes her work. Later Asmita imagines Abhimanyu is in her house so questions then realises it’s not Abhimanyu but her grandmother so lies to her she was just saying one of the book’s dialogue currently she is editing. Grandmother asks her to take care then leaves. Rizwan refuses to go to sleep when Anirbhan asks. He also informs the latter that he got hold of the first chapter of Abhimanyu’s next book and waiting for the next chapter. He also refuses to disclose his relationship with Anirbhan which upsets the latter.
Asmita decides to send Abhimanyu a message but decides not to. Shalini asks her what happened. Asmita vents out her frustration on Abhimanyu’s strange behavior makes Shalini smile. Later Asmita receives a flower bouquet which is send by Shauvik. She decides to take proper care of it just like Shauvik asked her to. Abhimanyu thinks himself that he will mess with Asmita’s mind like this and will get succeed in his motive then smirks. Maya conducts a meeting. Asmita looks distracted. She then gets happy receiving Abhimanyu’s message with his story’s 2nd chapter. Maya gets confused by Asmita’s behavior.
Asmita leaves the place after Maya wrap up the meeting and starts reading the next chapter. She gets lost in reading the chapter she even fails to notice she is in an elevator only. She then imagines herself and Abhimanyu as the character’s then scolds her for imagining like this. After 7days Asmita gets sad that Abhimanyu neither arrived to the office nor he responded to her calls and messages. Shalini asks Asmita whether she and Abhimanyu had any fight because of Abhimanyu isn’t coming to the office. Asmita says no. She then gets surprised when Shalini informs her that Abhimanyu likes to paint but pretends not to show interest and says it’s completely normal for an artist to be multi talented.
After Shalini leaves Asmita reads the tweet about Abhimanyu’s hobby and smiles. She then calls him an idiot. Peter who passes by asks Asmita who she is calling an idiot. Asmita struggles to answer. Dev and Aarya notices Abhimanyu arrived at the office so they both and the entire employees goes to greet him. Asmita takes a coffee mug in her hand on her way to meet Abhimanyu. She greets him with an attitude. Abhimanyu smiles noticing that Asmita holding the mug upside down then ignores her completely and greets Shalini then goes inside. Asmita gets shocked.
