The episode starts with Savi coming to the hospital. Savi asks the nurse about Ishaan’s condition. The nurse says Ishaan is unconscious right now and says Ishaan needs to regain consciousness pretty soon if not it will be bad for him. Savi asks the nurse if she could do and meet Ishaan. The nurse agrees and leaves from there.
Savi tries to go to Ishaan. Surekha stops Savi and says to Savi that she will not allow Savi to go anywhere near Ishaan as she doesn’t trust her one bit. The Bhosle family asks Savi to stay at a side and says they will take care of Ishaan. Savi goes to aside.
Savi gives the Beal leaf to the nurse and asks the nurse to put it over Ishaan’s eyes. The nurse agrees.
The nurse applies Beal leaf over Ishaan’s eyes. Ishaan regains consciousness. The nurse calls for doctor saying Ishaan has regained consciousness.
The Bhosle family go to Ishaan. The doctor comes and asks Ishaan if he can see everything clearly. Ishaan says he can see everything clearly. The Bhosle family feels relieved hearing this. Reeva says to Ishaan how much she is worried for him. Surekha says to Ishaan that Reeva has went to the temple to do Maha Mrutyunjai Jap for Ishaan. The nurse sees Savi. Savi signals the nurse not to speak anything.
Shikha asks Savi to come and eat with him as she is in this hospital for 2 days and she hasn’t eaten anything. Savi says she will not move from here until Ishaan gets better.
The doctor checks Ishaan reports and says to Bhosle family that they can take Ishaan away. The Bhosle family take Ishaan and leave from the hospital.
The Bhosle family brings Ishaan home. Savi returns home. Ashmita goes to bring food for Ishaan. Reeva packs her bags to leave the Bhosle mansion. Reeva reveals her decision to the Bhosles. Surekha and Ishaan ask Reeva what is she reason for her decision. Surekha makes Reeva swear on her and asks Reeva if Savi said singing to her. Reeva says yes. Reeva says to Surekha that only because of Savi she realised, she has no right to stay in this house. Ishaan asks Savi how dare she ask Reeva to leave the house. Reeva asks Ishaan not to scold Savi as his health isn’t good. Reeva asks Surekha to allow her to leave.
Reeva is about to step out of the house. Ishaan stops Reeva and says to Reeva that she doesn’t need to leave this house just because Savi asked her to leave this house. Reeva says she took this decision and asks Ishaan to allow her to leave. Surekha asks Reeva to change her decision. Surekha says to Reeva that she is this house daughter just like Durva and Anvi. Nishikanth also says Savi has no right to tell her to leave this house and says Yashwant and Surekha decide what happens in this house not Savi. Savi tries to explain to Ishaan but Ishaan asks Savi to just go inside and doesn’t listen to her explanataion. Savi leaves from there.
Reeva says to Ishaan what right does she have to stay here. Ishaan stays silent.

Precap:- At the dining table, the Bhosle family talk about Savi leaving the house without telling anyone. Surekha comes to Ishaan and asks Ishaan about it. Ishaan gets surprised hearing this.
