Harshad is an actor who is fitness freak and keep experimenting new ways to keep himself healthy. His gym regime not only given him chiseled body but inspire his fans to do the same. He keep posting his excessive exercise regime and secret of his abs.

To inspire his followers this time Harshad Chopra graced famous yoga posture Surya Namaskar. Surya Namaskar supposed to have 12 different yoga postures and Is done at the time of dawn. In a quick video, Harshad is seen doing all postures along with their name in display. The yoga postures are easy to perform and is one do it daily morning, effect will be long lasting.

On work front, Harshad has not signed any show after Bepanaah opposite Jennifer Winget. While Jennifer is coming back with Beyhadh 2 , there was a huge demand for Harshad to be a part of show by the fans. He recently went to Thailand to meet his fans.
