The episode starts with Vaibhav Kapoor looking at Akanksha in her car and bribes a cotton candy seller to find her car number. Before he could find the car number the car leaves. He takes the money back as the work is not done. Manav and Akanksha walks home while Akanksha cribs about Manav’s principles. Manav says that he’s not ready go compromise with his principles. Akanksha says that she has skipped her period and Manav asks if she’s pregnant. Akanksha asks him to not dream about it and says it’s PCOD again. She says that she needs to consult gynaecologist. Manav suggests to have another baby but Akanksha is completely against it as they couldn’t afford to give education for their son in a good school already. They both keeps discussing about kids but Akanksha made it clear that she’s definitely not ready to have another kid at the moment. They pick their son Sidharth who’s playing with their neighbour kid Abhinay. Abhinay complaints about his parents fighting and Manav sends him to his home with Akanksha and Sidharth. Vaibhav gets a call from his girlfriend who asks him to meet her in a restaurant.
He goes to Abhinay’s home and his father Pankaj greets him in. He gives the snacks he bought to them and his wife Amita leaves to get tea for him. Manav asks Pankaj about his problem with his wife when Pankaj says that they’ve misunderstanding and now his wife demands divorce from him. Manav advises him when his wife comes there. She scolds Pankaj for sharing their problems with Manav. Manav calms her and says about meeting with Abhinay. She’s Manav’s colleague and Manav as a friend asks her the reason for their divorce. She doesn’t answer first but then says that when there’s nothing to save in a relationship then it’s better to divorce. Manav advises her to find solution for a problem instead of divorcing as all problems have solution. She’s not convinced. She asks Manav to keep Abhinay in their house for time being and he agrees.
He comes home and finds Abhinay and Sidharth watching cartoon having refreshment. He goes to make popcorn for them and Akanksha teases him for not knowing the basics. He shares with Akanksha about Pankaj getting divorce and expresses that they shouldn’t proceed with the divorce. To his shock, Akanksha supports their decision as she too believes that it’s better to separate than stay in a forced relation. Akanksha comes to a mall with her friend and wishes to but a mobile. Her friend asks her to guy it but she calls Manav for permission. He gets shocked hearing the price and asks her to buy mobile cover for time being. Her friend taunts her and her miser lifestyle. Vaibhav visits his girlfriend who made romantic arrangements for celebrating their quarter anniversary. He mocks her for her arrangements and makes it clear that he doesn’t want commitments. She curses that he would never get his love. Vaibhav comes out and finds Akanksha in a perfume stall trying perfume. The staff asks for Akanksha’s details for sending her sample. Manav thanks his girlfriend for her curse as it worked in reverse for him. He runs only to find her left already. He asks for her details to staff who says she didn’t give it. Vaibhav gets disappointed.
Precap : Manav will refuse to bribe for saving his job. Akanksha will buy the mobile as a loan from her friend. Manav will search of Akanksha in the spelling competition event pictures.
