The episode starts with Mithai asking Apeksha to change. She requests Apeksha to reveal the truth to Sid for your friendship and Sid will forgive you. Apeksha asks agrees to go with Mithai. She asks her to give her some time to get ready. Apeksha hurts herself by hitting the wall. Mithai tries to stop her. Harimohan asks Sid to place the trophy and cheque in a good place. Sid recalls Mithai’s words that she won’t touch them until she proved her innocence. Sid asks Sourya to place Mithai’s cheque and trophy in their room. Sourya agrees. He asks where is he going. Harimohan stops Sid. He asks if everything is fine between Mithai and him. Sid agrees. Family members ask him to not leave anyone as today is his marriage. Shubham and Sourya tease him. Sid recalls his insult in the competition. Indu comes there from the hospital. Everyone receives her happily. Apeksha asks Mithai if she is looking good? Apeksha runs out. Mithai is confused and follows her.
Apeksha comes to Harimohan’s house. She calls everyone and tells Sid and others that Mithai harmed her when she denies taking the blame for Mithai. Apeksha says she did badly by involving in their family issues and Mithai is mad and came behind me. Sid tells Apeksha that he will take her to the hospital. Apeksha asks what to answer the Doctor? She runs out. Sid is about to follow her but Mithai stops him and says Apeksha is lying. Sid says we closed this issue. He asks how many lies she says to hide her mistakes? He asks Mithai to enjoy her trophy and cheque leaving him and Apeksha. Harimohan tries to intervene. Sid stops him and says he knows that Mithai cheated him and won the prize so stop supporting her. He leaves. Mithai goes to her room and cries seeing her photo with Sid.
Apeksha locks herself in a room. Sid asks Apeksha to open the door. He apologizes to Apeksha from Mithai’s side. Apeksha asks him to leave saying she doesn’t come in between him and his wife. She says she is ending their friendship and every relationship with his family. She thinks this drama is needed to win Sid.
Abha and everyone go to Mithai. They tell Mithai that Apeksha can’t break their trust in her. Abha encourages Mithai to make Sid realise his mistake and don’t accept the defeat. Harimohan asks Mithai to stay strong. Girish asks Mithai to bring Sid in the correct way. Shubham says they are with her to prove Apeksha is guilty.
Sid requests Apeksha to open the door for their friendship. Apeksha asks him to leave her alone. She pours alcohol on herself. Mithai tells family members that they need to bring Sid home as Apeksha tries to stop him. Harimohan calls Sid but he doesn’t attend the call. Mithai says Sid may went to Apeksha’s house. Sid enters inside by breaking the window. He gets shocked seeing Apeksha is trying to burn herself. He asks Apeksha to not burn herself. He throws water at her. Apeksha hugs him saying she is feeling alone. Later Sid gives her coffee. Apeksha asks Sid to never leave her alone in life. Mithai comes there. Sid asks Mithai to leave. Mithai says she came to take him to their marriage. Sid says he will come but now my friend needs me. Mithai says you want to know the truth so I came here to make you know the truth then decide whom you support. She calls Shubham and Sourya. They enter with people who are with Apeksha in the conspiracy.
Apeksha men inform Sid about Apeksha’s plan. Then they leave. Mithai and Shubham say let’s take Apeksha to the doctor then he will rule out how she got injured. Sourya says they can call the police too. Sid asks Apeksha why she is scared. Shubham says she is scared as Doctor may reveal she hurt herself to blame Mithai. Mithai says to Sid that she put the truth in front of him and says now he has to decide whether his friendship is more important or his relationship with her. She asks him to come to the mandap with trust as she doesn’t want to start a new life without trust.
