The episode starts with Suwarna escaping from the hospital with Purvika and Meher. Mehek and Jeet stop them. Jeet and people who believe Purvika and Meher are behind the virus spread take Purvika and Meher from there in van. Mehek tries to harm Suwarna. Ajay saves Suwarna from Mehek by stabbing Mehek in her back. Suwarna tells Ajay that Purvika and Meher are in danger and she needs to save them. Ajay says she is not in her state to save them and asks Suwarna to go and inform Prathna and Raghu that their kids are in danger then they will save them. Mehek tries to attack Ajay. Ajay stops Mehek and asks Suwarna to leave. Suwarna notices Mehek is injuring Ajay and leaves from there to inform the truth to Prathna and Raghu.
Prashant is about to take poison from Prathna and Raghu. Suwarna comes there. Prathna sees she is affected by Sarph Gandh and asks her what happened. Suwarna informs them Purvika and Meher are in danger and asks them to save them. Prathna and Raghu rush to save their daughters. Raghu stops Prathna from entering inside and reminds her that the whole building is under CCTV and they are watching them and they think the antidote will save their kids too. They return to Prashant’s place and ask him where Suwarna is. Prashanth says Suwarna went to kill Mehek.
Suwarna goes to Mehek’s place and burns the lab then she tries to kill her with an arrow. Prathna comes there and says Mehek may come back again so we need to end her chapter completely. Prarthana gets Shiv ji’s trishul and says Mehek will be dead if they remove Mehek’s head from her body. Mehek tries to escape from there. Prathna throws Trishul on Mahek. Mahek gets stabbed in her neck by Trishul. Mehek’s head gets separated from her body. Prathna takes her deadbolt photo. She asks Suwarna to go in the south direction with Mehek’s body and Prathna leaves in the north direction with Mehek’s head to stop Mehek’s rebirth. They throw her parts in different places and think Mehek’s chapter has ended.
Jeet notices his lab is ruined completely and searches for Mehek. He receives a message from Prathna and gets shocked to see Mehek’s dead body photo. Prathna asks him to get ready in her hands like Mehek.
Prathna questions Shiv Ji what she has to do as her kids are in danger too and she loves her daughters and nation then whom she has to save. Pratha appears in front of Prathna and guides Prathna to do her work and says her daughter will save themselves from danger so stop underestimating their power and fight for your country. Prathna hugs her. Pratha disappears.
Prathna contacts her kids through a magical portal and guides her kids. She asks them to not lose their courage and assures to save them. Later Suwarna tells Raghu and Prathna that it’s risky for their life if Prashant removes all poison from their body for an antidote and even if they are alive then they have to live like humans. Prathna and Raghu say they are ready to sacrifice their life. Prathna asks Suwarna to help Prashant. Prashant takes poison from their body. An earthquake happens in the Naaglok. Takshak and other Naagins pray Shiv ji to save Prathna and Raghu and their clan. Raghu and Prathna’s heartbeat get stopped.
Jeet goes to Meher and Purvika. He says to them that their parents won’t come to save them as they are dead. Purvika and Meher say nothing will happen to their parents and say their parents will kill him. Jeet says no one can kill him. Meher and Purvika hold their hands and chant the Om Namah Shivaya mantra. Jeet couldn’t bear it and calls his team members. They come there. Jeet asks them to leave the kids in jungle. Raghu and Prathna regain consciousness. Prathna says they became human but they are happy to save many people. Raghu agrees. Prathna asks Prashant about the antidote. Prashant says it’s done and says people who are affected must get it. Prathna asks Suwarna to make it happen.
Suwarna enters the hospital and saves everyone by giving an antidote. Prathna comes to the hospital and tells the media people that this virus is human made and proves Jeet is behind it. Prashant brings Jeet there. Jeet says it’s all conspiracy against him. Prathna says it’s not and you blamed my daughters for this pandemic but you’re the real culprit. Meher and Purvika feel scared in the jungle. Fire Eagle surrounds them. The police come to the hospital to arrest Jeet. Jeet escapes from police hold. He points a gun at Raghu. Eagle’s attacks Meher and Purvia but they don’t use their Naagin powers. Prathna makes Jeet drop the gun and fires at him. Prathna says she is daughter of Rishabh Gujral killing the traitor of the country. She shoots him again and leaves from there. Prathna goes to her daughters and rescues them from eagles and hugs them. Raghu and Suwarna join the hug.
