The episode starts with Simar walking out alone from Oswal Mansion. Gajender looks at her from balcony and thinks that he has done such a big sin. Geetanjali Devi prays infront of Mata Rani, Aditi says that now it’s no use as she has taken out Devi from her house and alao ask her to pray to Mata Rani that she didn not punish her family. Vivaan is suffocating without oxygen and Reema is unconscious, Mohit is running from hospital while Gagan is coming to meet Reema, Mohit pushes him Gagan thinks that he has seen this man before. Griraj and Chitra shows concern about Vivaan. Chitra says that whatever decision Vivaan has taken against Reema is really good but he needs to stick to his decision and says that when Reema will leave the house then that will be happiest moment for them.
Aarav keeps sitting in the mandap and thinking about Simar and his memories, he takes the ashes from the havan box and thinks about how Geetanjali Devi their burnt their Gadhbandhan and ended their relationship. Gagan enters Vivaan room and is shocked to his condition, then he looks at Reema and tries to get back her consiousness. Vivaan is in very bad condition, they call doctor and ask him to save her husband life, doctor tries but he says sorry to her and says that now he cannot do anything. Reema cries and cannot control herself and ask Reema to take care of herself as Mata Rani will fix everything. Reema runs to Mata Rani and prays and ask to save Vivaan and help Vivaan to get back. She says that if something happens to Vivaan then she will burn the world. Meanwhile doctor tries to save Vivaan, he gets back his life a miracle happens. Gagan comes and calls Reema that Vivaan’s heart beat is back. Doctor says that he needs to get operated as soon as possible, he ask about blood, Gagn saya that he arranged blood so they can take him for surgery. Reema gives Gagan detail that someone tries to kill him.
Indu calls Gagan and ask him to come back, he says that he is very busy and ask her and Avinash to do the pooja. Gagan again sees Mohit having tea, he says that he has bandage but is not wearing doctors uniform. He says that he needs to know the matter. Indu and Avinash gets ready for the pooja they sees Simar standing on their door in her wedding dress. Avinash remembers that Geetanjali Devi threatens them that his daughter will be back soon to their house. Simar informs them that she got divorce and came back. Simar ask where she will go now, Indu says that this house is her forever.
Indu consoles her and says that she and Avinash will go to Oswal Mansion and will try to convince them, Simar stops them and says that sh elbow this from beginning that this will happen. At last they decide that nobody will go to their house and Simar will stay in their house forever, Simar is heartbroken. Gajender comes to their house and apology from her parents, Simar stops him and says that he came to meet her that is big thing for her. Gajender says that they did blunder and came here to apologise to her. Gajender says that he cannot get such a good life partner for Aarav then Simar, Aarav was happiest with Simar but he couldn’t let her stay at his home and cannot do anything. He blames himself for everything and ask apology from her.
Avinash says that they already knew that this day will come and now Simar came back to her house so she will stay here forever. He complained to Gajender that he had removed happiness from Simar’s life and for that he will never forgive him. Gajender ask Simar to let him wash her leg so he will be free from his sin. He washes her feet and again ask apology to forgive him and his family.
Simar runs to her room and cries her heart out. Avinash tells to Indu that let her cry. Simar complains that all her happiness fadded away, why she got punished for loving someone. She imagines Aarav next to her who is consoling her and asking her to get ready for the next step in her life.
