The episode starts with Aditya telling Ranveer that sometimes doctors feel annoyed after handing the patients all the time. He suggests Ranveer to feel relaxed and treat the patients happily so that they recover fast. Ranveer says Aditya’s doctor’s degree is a waste, as it was better if he was a psychologist. Aditya smiles and the car stops all of a sudden. Ranveer says there is a problem in car engine. Aditya says he knows the tyre got punctured. Ranveer says he knows better than him and Aditya should have some knowledge about car before driving. Aditya challenges him saying he is right and Ranveer can check it himself. Ranveer says he doesn’t have time to waste so Aditya should check his car.
Ranveer comes out of the car and Aditya starts driving without taking him. Suhani asks Aditya to stop as he doesn’t have idea about Ranveer’s temper. Aditya says he doesn’t care as he only took revenge from Ranveer for the way he left her alone on road at late night. Suhani says he should not follow Ranveer’s style. She tells him to stop the car and Aditya stops it. Ranveer shouts at him saying the latter will have to pay for it. Aditya says to him that first he has to control his anger otherwise he won’t let him get inside the car.
Ranveer doesn’t answer and Aditya opens the car door for him. He says he did this to teach a lesson to Dr Ranveer as he shouldnt have treated Suhani like that. He tells Ranveer to smile instead of being stiff all the time. Ranveer enters his cabin and calls Aditya to meet him. Suhani tells Aditya why he lied to them that there’s a medical urgency, now she doesn’t know how Ranveer will react. Aditya says he doesn’t get into fight easily and she knows him for years. But if someone troubles Suhani he won’t tolerate that. He won’t be quiet. He goes to Ranveer’s cabin.
Ranveer talks to Dr Shekhar and says if you dont mind I want to assist Aditya. Dr Shekhar agrees and Ranveer says now Aditya’s real internship will start from today. Aditya tries to shake hand with him but Ranveer leaves showing attitude. Aditya tells Suhani what Ranveer said to him. He says Ranveer is weird, Suhani says why he didn’t say no to Ranveer. Aditya says he doesn’t have problem and he will spend more time with Suhani to protect her from Ranveer.
Suhani thinks Aditya has no idea Ranveer will trouble him to take revenge. She suggests Aditya to choose Dr Shekhar as he is good for him. She doesn’t want him to suffer because of her. Aditya says holding her hand that she doesn’t need to worry, he tries to cheer her up. She thinks Aditya is such nice friend but she doesn’t know what Ranveer will do to him. Ranveer looks at them and drinks alcohol. Ranveer punches the punching bag in anger at home. He says Suhani thought Aditya can save her from him but that’s not true. Suhani has to pay for the things she has done. Mamta notices Ranveer. Suhani checks Rakesh’s report and asks why his sugar level is high. Sudha says she takes care of his diet chart then why did it happen.
Dadi says it might happen due to stress. Suhani asks Rakesh why he is stressed. Sudha says he is tensed for Suhani’s future. For how long she will spend her whole life without a life partner. She should start afresh. Suhani says she doesn’t want to follow the same path to get heartbroken like last time. She is happy like this and her family’s support is with her too. Rakesh tries to convince her saying she should give herself a chance atleast. Once she went to the wrong direction doesn’t mean it will happen every time. She requests them not to force her for second marriage as she is not ready. Dadi says she will realise it later what they are saying. Mamta tells Dadu that after a long time Ranveer looked so furious and his anger proves Suhani returned back. That girl who came to the mansion is Suhani only. Dadu says he can call in the hospital to get the confirmation. Mamta says she will go to the hospital to meet Suhani. She will convince her to get united with Ranveer. She will bring Ranveer and Suhani together.
