The episode starts with Malini scolding Krishna for not returning home early. He doesn’t care about her and their child. Krishna assures her that he will return home asap after the function ends. Malini complained to him that he didn’t care about her at all. Sundari says to Malini that she will return home asap. She asks her not to scold Krishna. The principal announced the chess competition winner was Tamizh, from 1st standard. Everyone claps for her. Tamizh isn’t ready to accept the prize without Karthick. Sundari tells her that everyone is waiting for her, but she is adamant not to receive the prize. Tamizh says that she likes to receive the prize from Master and mom. He taught chess to her. Sundari tries to convince her. The principal asks Karthick when he will return to school? He tells him that he will be late. Sundari says to her that everyone is waiting for her. Appatha says that mom and uncle came for her but she is waiting for Karthick. Krishna says to her that Malini is alone at home. She is scared of being alone there. He tries his best to convince her. Sundari asks her to receive the prize from her hand now. She can receive the prize from Karthick in tomorrow’s prayer. She asks her to say her decision.
Tamizh agrees to Sundari’s condition. Sundari gives the prize to Tamizh. Sundari says to the principal that she had given the prize to her today. She requests him to allow Karthick to give the prize to Tamil in tomorrow’s prayer. Sundari appreciates the school management for arranging everything well in the school. As a parent, she is satisfied with their arrangements. She asks Chinnaponnu to forgive her if she feels disturbed by her presence. Chinnaponnu thinks that she is a problem in her life. Shekhar informs Sundari that two people have met in an accident. Sundari asks Appatha not to send Tamizh out. She is scared of blood. Sundari and Krishna rush out to help them. The goons show the knife to her.
Krishna pulls Sundari back. Krishna fights with them. A few more goons come there and surround Sundari. Tamizh is scared of seeing them. The inspector shoots at the goon’s leg. Sundari asks him who they are? The inspector asks her to leave from there first. The police surrounded the goons and sent Sundari from there safely. Malini is waiting for Krishna at home. Malini scolds Krishna for being late. Appatha says that they escaped from God’s Grace. Sundari asks the inspector who they are? The inspector says to her that a school teacher alerted the control room about this matter. He guessed that Sundari was their target. That’s why he came to save her. His guess was right. Malini asks her what happened? She shares with her what happened. Appatha prays to the god for Sundari’s safety. She says that Valli forced Sundari to marry Karthick. He ruined her life. She asked her to become a collector. She is facing these many problems because of herself. She blessed Karthick for saving Sundari. She asks God to save her. Meanwhile, the inspector says to Sundari that he has admitted that wounded person to the hospital. Few of them escaped. Sundari asks him to investigate it. Tamizh asks her if they are bad people. She says that it’s part of her job.
Sundari asks Tamizh not to be scared. She shouldn’t lose hope in such moments. Vetri comes there and asks Sundari what happened to her? Appatha narrates to her everything. She says that Krishna saved her at the right time. She would have died if he had failed to save her. Sundari asks her to stop it. Vetri says that she may be confident. But she has to think about others too. Sundari asks Vetri about Vasu. He tells her that he is doing well. She thanked him for stay beside Vasu.
