The episode starts with Kalyani stops Shera agrees to give him money than they goes to jeweller. Kalyani says it can be secret mission that’s why Malhar ji didn’t tell it about me. Shera tells to Kalyani that if she allows him to steal the jewellery from shop he won’t ask her for money. Kalyani says don’t touch any jewellery otherwise it won’t good for you.

Shop helper recognises Shera as Malhar and greets him. Kalyani takes that man aside and asks if they have worker named Vittal. Worker says no and goes to attend call. Shera thinks to steal but gets halted seeing CCTV cameras. Helper gives drink to Shera, he drinks it.

Kalyani thinks how to know who’s this Vittal than she notices coded warning that he needs Vittal immediately, you got saved previous time but you can’t escape this time. Kalyani runs to Shera and hers shocked seeing Shera vomiting blood and she calls someone for help and assures to Shera that nothing will happen to him than she notices slip under glass that she can’t save her husband until they gets Vittal.

Kalyani thinks who’s this Vittal and prays Bappa to help her to save Shera. Shera continuosly vomits blood. Kalyani moves Shera with help of cart and she sees group of devotees and asks who’s Vittal. Devotee says Vittal is god and shows her murthi. Kalyani looks on and takes their help to take Shera to hospital.

Doctor says someone mixed glass pieces in Shera juice. Kalyani thinks who is trying to harm Shera thinking him as Malhar. Doctor says they needs blood and asks Kalyani for her husband blood group. Sarthak says B+ is Malhar blood and I bought someone to give blood. Kalyani thinks how to handle it, we must know Shera blood group before transfusion. Sarthak asks if she is scared that he will die with transfusion? You gonna responsible for his death.

Kalyani says how can she use this situation. The doctor takes Shera to another room for blood transfusion. Kalyani goes to that room and makes donor Unconscious to stop blood transfusion. Sarthak notices Kalyani is missing and goes to found her. Donor faints in bed, Kalyani tells to Doctor that Donor lost consciousness. Sarthak enters the room and says I know you did something to stop the transfusion. Kalyani says she didn’t do anything and creates a scene.

Doctor says Malhar needs an immediate transfusion. Kalyani asks them to take her o- blood. Doctor agrees. Shera gets conscious and notices unconscious Kalyani in other bed and thinks how she worried to save him and asks nurse about Kalyani. Nurse says you’re alive because she gave blood to you and she goes out asking him to take rest.

Shera goes near Kalyani bed and admires her, says something is happening to him while seeing her. Tony goes to Shera and asks how’s he. Shera Says this girl saved me. Tony praises Kalyani beauty. Shera plasters Tony eyes and asks him to never eye Kalyani and asks him to leave. Tony says what’s in this girl. Shera says don’t know but leave immediately. Nurse asks Malhar(Shera) for his signature in file.
