Bringing back old cult classic TV shows is becoming a sort of rising trend on Indian Television these days.
Recently, Star Plus’ one of the mega hits “Kasauti Zindagi Kay 2” made a comeback not long ago. Recently the show that got added in the list of comebacks is “Sanjivani 2” that premiered its first episode last night.
Now, according to sources, Colors is also considering bringing back its classic hits, “Madhubala” and “Rangrasiya” on our TV screens.
And now the new development is, the director of both these shows, Saurabh Tewari recently shared a picture with ‘Madhubala’ and ‘Rangrasiya’ leads, Drashti Dhami and Sanaya Irani respectively.
These might be a hint towards the fact that something might be brewing behind the curtains. Also, the cryptic message under Sanaya’s post that Saurabh posted seems to add fuel to the fire.
Drashti and Vivian’s pairing remain one of the most iconic pairs of all time. It not only earned humungous TRPs for Colors Tv but also created a fan following that remains loyal and craves their comeback owing to their sizzling chemistry onscreen even after 5 years of the show going off air. The show and Vivian Dsena and Drashti Dhami won a lot accolades too for their work.
Interestingly, Vivian Dsena will also be free after he quits Shakti.
So, if everything falls in place, we might just have our favourite iconic pair of Drashti Dhami and Vivian Dsena back on our TV screens?? Are makers reading this?
If that really happens, we won’t be able to contain our excitement along with fans. For now, we can just hope and pray that stars do align for this to happen.
