Episode begins with Sirat tells Ranveer how love is so confusing and Ranveer’s feeling was so strong that she got clouded but love is not so easy. Sirat says till the time I realized ot got delayed, the day we got married I felt something is wrong. Sirat says I realised late and now I did that I don’t feel love for you it was a feeling of respect and friendship, maybe love was there in past but it faded. Sirat says I don’t know when your place was given to Kartik, I didn’t do it deliberately, when I realised I felt so guilty.
Sirat becomes very emotional. Sirat says how she fell in love before marriage only. She asks for forgiveness from Ranveer. She turns and doesn’t find Ranveer. She sees Randhir has fainted. She gets worried for him and tries to wake him. Ranveer’s dad comes and also worries, he blames Sirat.
He calls servant. Here, Ranveer’s mom says where are Randhir and Sirat? Kartik says they are talking something important and let’s not disturb them, as Ranveer will soon be leaving. Kartik and Mawdi leave. Mawdi thinks of Sirat loving Kartik. Here, Sirat calls Ranveer’s sister and she gets shocked.
Here, Mawdi cries in cars and Kartik asks her to tell the matter. Here, Ranveer is in hospital unconscious. Sirat blames herself and cries. Ranveer’s dad worries about Ranveer. He blames Sirat and says you told him about you and Kartik right? I kmow you are very clever and not that innocent. He says I heard your and your Mawdi’s conversation, if anything happens to Ranveer then I will not spare him. Sirat says for me nothing is more important than Ranveer. Ranveer’s dad says I know how fake you are. The nurse says who is with Ranveer and gives a slip with an injection name.
Ranveer’s dad doesn’t let Sirat take it and they are shocked to know that the injection is needed for a heart surgery of Ranveer. Everyone panics and no one is able to find the injection. Nurse says if delay happens more then the risk of life will be more. Sirat’s phone’s battery dies. Sirat gets an idea to post on social media. Nidhi says nice idea. Sirat prays to god. While, Kartik sees social media and sees Nidhi’s post.
Sirat remembers her past moments with Ranveer and gets anxious. The nurse comes and asks Sirat if she is fine. The nurse helps Naira deal with her anxiety attack. Sirat does what the nurse says and Sirat feels better. Sirat sees no positive response on social media and worries. Ranveer’s health detoriates. The nurse says if the injection is not got in next 10 mins then we can’t save Ranveer. Everyone worries. Suddenly Sirat sees a positive response and tells everyone that one injection is found I got the msg and will reach the injection here. Everyone gets relieved.
Sirat sees Ranveer and says nothing will happen to you. The nurse says, we received the injection. The nurse goes inside the OT. Doctors start the operation. Nurse says everything seems back to normal, soon we will go through the operation. Sirat types a thank you msg for the helping person. Suddenly, the doctor comes and says we didn’t know about a bullet stuck near his heart.
Doctor says due to anxiety and stress the bullet us acting as a danger as a vein is pressed due to the bullet. Ranveer’s family requests the doctor to do everything right. Sirat feels it’s all because of me. Nurse comes to Sirat and asks her to sign the no objection form. Ranveer’s dad thinks that means the danger is of so high level. Ranveer’s dad says I will sign it. The nurse says but the insurance is updated on Sirat’s name. Sirat thinks a lot before signing it and if she has this right to decide as she is the reason he is in this condition.

Precap: Kartik comes to the hospital. Kartik asks Sirat why she didn’t tell him anything. Sirat thinks he knows about her feelings for Kartik.
