The episode starts with Ganga coming out from a dustbin in which she is trying to find letter containing fake report but she is unable to find it anywhere. She starts searching again inside the garbage and finally gets it. She exults happily.
Lakhsmi places real reports near Krishna’s idol and asks how Guddan will react after knowing that Choti isn’t her real daughter. She says that she is unable to tell this truth to her.
On the other hand, Akshat looks at Guddan and the baby who is sleeping recalling how much Guddan loves and cares for Choti. Lakshmi comes and asks Akshat and Guddan to go to check reports which have come. Akshat recalls the doctor telling him that their baby was born dead in womb. Guddan is about to get up but notices that the baby has clutched her dupatta in her fist. Akshat frees the dupatta from Choti’s clutch and leaves holding Guddan’s hand and looking at Choti with an eye.
Meanwhile Durga comes in Ganga’s room and asks why she called her there. Ganga shows the report and pretends to be sad saying that she knows she is the only smart one in the family since she thinks with mind so she wanted to talk with her first. Durga reads the report and her eyes well up. Ganga says that she is crying seeing the report despite knowing already that Choti isn’t Guddan’s daughter but she wonders how Guddan will react and what must the baby’s real parents going through. She cries saying that she can understand the pain of losing a child. Durga is thoughtful. Ganga smirks.
At the same time, Guddan, Akshat and Lakshmi see the reports in front of Krishna’s idol. Guddan asks Lakshmi to get report and read it. Lakshmi grabs the report. Guddan asks her to read it.
On the other hand, Durga and Ganga come to the room where Choti is sleeping. Durga has tears running on her cheeks. Ganga asks her to think about the baby’s real parents. Durga walks towards Choti crying. Durga takes Choti in her arms and walk out of the room with Ganga.
Meanwhile Lakshmi asks Akshat to open it since she hasn’t knowledge about medical reports. Akshat takes the letter with report. Guddan asks Akshat not to create suspense and open the report. Akshat opens the letter recalling doctor’s words when he told him that their baby was born dead and then Guddan’s love for Choti. Akshat reads the report and gets shocked. Guddan asks to tell what’s written there. Akshat says that the DNA test report says that Guddan and the baby’s samples are 100% matching with each other. Lakshmi gets shocked hearing it. Guddan says that she knew this and that pair was the fraud one.
In the meantime, Durga and Ganga reach the parking area with Choti and are about to hand her over to the couple that had claimed to be the baby’s parents.
Lakshmi is so happy to know that Choti is really Guddan’s daughter that she asks her to do aarti and thank Krishna. Guddan holds the thaal for aarti and does it. On the other hand, choti is crying loud. Guddan feels restless and wonders why. She puts thaal in front of Krishna’s idol and walks away wondering why she is feeling so restless.
Akshat thanks Krishna to prove that Choti is Guddan and his daughter and wonders why doctor lied to them without having any enmity. He thinks that Guddan must be right and someone close to them must be behind all this. He notices that Guddan is not there anymore. Guddan replies that she is going to take Choti. A lot of wind come and the diya starts trembling. Lakshmi says that it is very inauspicious. Guddan goes back in the temple area and lights up a matchstick lighting up the diya again.
In the parking area, the lady asks Durga to give her baby to her pretending to cry.
Inside the house, a curtain catches fire. Lakshmi rushes to get water while Akshat protects Guddan. After the fire is extinguished, Lakshmi freaks out thinking that something bad is about to happen. Guddan is sure that Krishna is with them and won’t let anything wrong happen with them. She goes to get Choti from the room, unaware that she is with Durga and Ganga.
