The episode starts with Radha ordering Mama to get lost from the house when he asks her to steal money from the mansion saying that it’s her husband’s house and her husband is like God to her. She asks him to leave but stops when he starts walking away she stops and asks him to put down what he has taken. He puts down the silver tablespoon he had put in his pocket. He leaves. Mogar witnesses everything and is frustrated.
Meanwhile, Vashma goes out of the house telling her mother that she is going to pray with friends. Her mother notices she is wearing clothes like she is going to a party. Vashma says that she just felt like dressing up and then leaves.
At the same time, Amrit wonders how to listen to Ranjan’s story now that Vashma is gone to a friend’s place. She hears Abdul and Rajrani talking about going to a satsang that is near radio station and tells them that she wants to go with them.
On the other hand, Mogar, Zara and Radha are putting coins in sacks. Radha suggests to put in safe but Zara says that Lala believes that none with bad intention can get them since they are for Shiv ji and they will come back to them. Mogar takes some coins in her dupatta.
After a while, Radha goes to Brij. Mogar comes and tells Brij about her Mama coming and, when Radha isn’t there, she lies to Brij that her Mama gave Radha something and asked to use in right time. Brij thinks. He asks Radha to bring chai. She leaves to make chai. Mogar leaves too. Brij notices some coins have dropped from Radha’s dupatta. He gets thoughtful.
In the meantime, Vashma reaches a restaurant where Uday is waiting for her. She is wearing burkha. Uday smiles seeing her. They look at each other and wave hands. Title track plays. They sit at a table and order chai. Uday tells her that her fragrance reaches him before she comes and asks why she is keeping her face hidden in front of her. She removes the burkha covering her face. She is smiling shyly. Uday tells her that she is the most beautiful girl and smiles. A big smile appear on Vashma’s face too. “Kahan yeh khel seekha” plays. Uday slowly forwards his hand towards Vashma’s.
On the other hand, Amrit reaches the satsang with Abdul and Rajrani. She removes her jhumka and then acts like she lost it in her way from car to there in front of her mother and brother. Rajrani asks her to go to find it but come back soon. She leaves with Abdul. Amrit wears the jhumka.
Amrit goes to the radio station and asks the girl at the reception where the recording studio is. The girl asks what she is there for. Amrit says that she has been called to tell stories and was told that she can work there if they like her stories. The girl asks her to wait as they will call her. Amrit hides when she sees Randheer.
Uday recites a dialogue that Vashma had taught him to impress a girl and she feels shy. Uday gets excited seeing her shying and says that these expressions of hers kill him. He sings the song she had taught him to her as well.
In the meantime, Randheer starts recording as Ranjan. Amrit hears the voice and wonders how the fake Ranjan entered the recording studio when she was right outside since long and didn’t see him. She gets shocked when she peers inside and gets shocked seeing Randheer telling story as Ranjhan. She cries blaming Randheer for such a betrayal and is glad that she didn’t tell him that she is Ranjhan.
Uday and Vashma are still together when some people get into the restaurant and start beating other people and breaking stuff. Vashma and Uday try to hide but they are separated and hide in different corners.
Amrit drops her bracelet while walking away. The receptionist rushes into the recording studio and inform him about riots having started in Lahore. Randheer stops the on going show and immediately rush to shut the doors and windows since people are putting on fire around the studio. He doesn’t notice Amrit who gets out without realizing that there is a riot happening.
Amrit gets hit on the head by a stone. She hides behind a carriage and sees some people killing a man whose dead body falls near her. She covers her mouth with dupatta. Lala hears about the riots at the radio and rushes to call Brij. Amrit keeps herself hiding and looks scared at the man holding sword. The man leaves followed by others who were rioting. Amrit thinks she cannot reach satsang in such a situation and must leave from there. She gets out from her hiding place btu has to hide again with another old woman who is scared.
Lala prays and asks Brij to bring out the car since Abdul and Rajrani are safe at satsang but Amrit is nowhere to be found. Brij says that Uday hasn’t come back yet too. Mogar asks why Amrit went away from her mother. Lala shouts at her. Iqbal comes with his wife and hugs Lala saying that Vashma isn’t home too. Lala asks to trust God and nothing will happen to their daughters.
On the other hand, Uday and Vashma tries holding hands but suddenly a dead body falls between them. They are stunned and scared.
Meanwhile, Randheer asks the receptionist not to worry since they have responsibility to take her home safely. He finds Amrit’s bracelet and understands she was there.
Lala wants to leave but Iqbal tells him that police has shut down all the ways and situation is very bad outside. Lala receives Randheer’s call. He asks whether everyone is fine at home. Lala tells him that Uday hasn’t come back home yet but he must be in hockey field but they know nothing about Amirt and Vashma. Randheer understands Amrit isn’t home.
Randheer goes outside and sees fire all around. He wonders where Amrit can be. He hides when people come and start beating each other. He wants to help a man who got hurt but has to hide when rioters come back. He goes back to the old man who got injured when rioters leave.
Lala comes out of his mansion and is heartbroken seeing the situation there. Brij is frustrated because they don’t know anything about Amrit’s whereabouts and Uday hasn’t come back yet. Radha goes to her room and takes out Mata Rani’s photo. She lights up a diya on her hand and stands on one foot swearing not to move until every member of her family doesn’t come back home safely.

Precap: A man wants to kill Amrit but Randheer saves her. Rioters throw bomb towards them. They fall. Some rioters stop Uday and Vashma and ask Uday what he is doing with a girl of their religion.
