Episode begins with Saanvi telling Veerabhadram that he knows about love alot and he has trapped his wife in his love. She asks him to keep his mouth shut and let the game start. Bhairavi says that lets not play the game as if he fails to find her then he will be embarrassed. Arjun tells her that if the love is true then there will be no failure. Bhairavi smiles at him and Saanvi appreciates his spirit.
Adithya blind folds Arjun and sets the girls on line. He asks Arjun to play the game and the game starts. He touches ladies hands and guesses that they are not Bhairavi. He stops by Bhairavi and touches her hands. He waits there but leaving her goes to the girl beside her. He is about to touch her hand but stops and turning to Bhairavi he touches her. She gives her both hands into his. Everyone claps for him. They both share eyelock. Aditya praises Arjun for winning the game by finding his sister. He proposes to cut the cake. But Bhairavi stops him and says that they should take blessings from Nagamma.
Veerabhadram objects and says she is not a well wisher Goddess anymore and she is behind her husband to kill him. Saanvi agrees followed by Sudheer. Bhairavi says they are not right in this matter as Nagamma is the one to save her brother and then she was the one who got her married to Arjun. She holds Arjun’s hand and brings him near Lord Shivling’s and Goddess Nagamma idol. She first prays to Lord Shiva and prays to Nagamma. She says even though she wants to kill her husband she still loves her as she knows she cares for her, she says she needs her support all the time.
Nagamma who is taking care of unconscious Nagaraju hears this and says she will always be with her as promised but will not spare her husband. Nagamma closes her eyes as she feels a danger coming towards her deity and sees vision of Veerabhadram mixing poison in cake. Nagamma decides to save all her deities.
The cake is arranged on the table. Arjun along with Bhairavi cuts the cake. Bhairavi is about to feed him but Kaushalya stops them. Everyone look at her. She says it’s common to feed the birthday person first but this time they both should feed eachother. Everyone agrees and Veerabhadram thinks it’s double dhamaka. They both are about to feed eachother but a fan falls on the cake. They see Nagamma on the ceiling. A rat comes and eats the destroyed cake and dies. Everyone is scared. Nagamma comes down. Everyone runs away except for Arjun and Bhairavi. Arjun shields himself with Bhairavi. Nagamma stops infront of them. The Screen Freezes.
