Dr. Juhi and Dr. Ishani are in conversation. Dr. Juhi says if Niti doesn’t get liver, she’ll die. This disappoints Ishani. But, then again Dr. Juhi consoles and sais she will try somewhere. Dr. Ishani hurt herself. Dr. Juhi asks her to do dressing. 

In conference room where Dr. Anjali is also present, Vardhan proposes luxury ward to management. Dr. Shashank enters and says he cannot take any decision without asking him as he is employee of the hospital. Vardhan counters that Dr. Shashank too is an employee and Sanjivani is going in loss. So, luxury ward is need of hospital replacing general ward. Dr. Anjali supports Vardhan. 

Outside the door of Dr. Juhi’s room, Dr. Sid meets Dr. Ishani  and smiled. This irks Dr. Ishani. He said, once he was like her. Even, Dr. Shashank and Dr. Juhi are good at heart but not the system. He notice that she is hurt. 

In conference room, Dr. Anjali says that luxury ward is need of hour and also that she accepts post of COS of luxury ward. She also addresses her father by his name. Dr. Shashank leaves heartbroken. Nurse bring wheelchair for him outside the conference room. 

Only two hours left for Niti’s operation and Dr. Ishani was talking to someone on mobile for liver though in vain. She try again to some different person. The person on other side asks her to hold. Meanwhile, Dr. Sid came for dressing. Dr. Ishani is reluctant at first but Dr. Sid manage to help her. She offers her gratitude. Later, he asks her to steal from Dr. Rishabh for which she denies. The person on phone give the negative news.  

Dr. Sid treating Dr. Ishani:

Dr. Aman arrives with a good news that they got a donor. Dr. Asha comes and says she was the one who find the girl. She is 20 year girl who is brain dead and is on life’s support. Dr. Neil comes to inform that some girl’s blood group matches with Niti, i.e. O-. Dr. Ishani says to Dr. Sid, if intentions are pure, God helps. 

Dr. Asha and Dr. Aman bet on Dr. Ishani to be winner while Neil is sure that Dr. Ishani will loose as parents will not agree to donate. Dr. Ishani tries to convince them but failed. Dr. Sid says to Dr. Neil that plan B has failed but plan A is still in action, i.e. stealing the liver. 

Dr. Sid enter Vardhan’s room and search for list where Niti’s name was on top. Here, Dr. Ishani mixes something in Abhay’s glucose bottle while he was flirting with her. Dr. Rishabh comes and yell at her that he told her not to assist in Abhay’s operation. He asks her to leave. 

Dr. Neil informs that some patient is dead and now there is no hope. Dr. Juhi arrives to inform the same news to Dr. Ishani. Meantime, nurse informs them that Niti’s condition is getting critical. Dr. Juhi treats her. 

A doctor informs the parents that their daughter has worsen and now she is brain dead. If they want, they can take out the life’s support. 

In Vardhan’s room, Dr. Sid gets the torn list in trash. He glued all pieces together and discover that Niti’s was on top of list. But, Vardhan comes and burns the list.

Parent of the girl deny Dr. Ishani to donate liver. Meanwhile, Dr. Sid said to Dr. Vardhan that he is murdering Niti.
