Episode begins with Nidhi says that Preeta is talking like they don’t care about Dadi. Preeta tells Nidhi that she is not trying to prove only she cares about Dadi. She says that she need just 10 minutes to treat Dadi. Dadi says that her family members don’t care about her pain. Kareena tells Dadi that she can bring best physiotherapist of this city. Nidhi asks Dadi that the latter want to get treatment from whom. Dadi says that she want to get treatment from Preeta. She takes Preeta inside. Aarohi tells Nidhi that it’s insult.
On the other hand, Karan asks Mahesh that why the latter apologised to Anshuman. Mahesh says that they can’t show attitude to Anshuman in this situation because Shaurya is behind bars. He tells Karan that he don’t care about his insult. Karan says that they did nothing wrong. Mahesh tells Karan that he understands why the latter is angry. Karan says that he will bring Shaurya out of jail so Mahesh need not to apologise to anyone. Mahesh promises to not apologise to anyone.
Lawyer Mr Malkani comes there and tells them that he got the CCTV footage. He shows the CCTV footage to them. He says that Anshuman’s statement matches with the CCTV footage. Karan tells Mr Malkani that he want Shaurya out of jail at any cost. Mr Malkani nods at Karan.
In the Luthra house, Preeta tells Dadi to take rest. Kritika and Rakhi tells thanks to Preeta. Preeta tells them that she feels like they are her loved ones. She says that it looks like she came to this city to take care of Dadi.
Nidhi tells Kareena that she did not expected this from Rakhi. Kareena tells Nidhi that Rakhi was concerned about Dadi. She says that they can’t ignore that Preeta is best physiotherapist. She asks Nidhi to not overreact. Aarohi opposes Kareena. Kareena tells Nidhi that she is the latter’s side still. She says that she will support Nidhi always. She asks Nidhi to stop crying. Nidhi tells Kareena that she know the latter will support her always. She says that she can’t stop herself if Preeta came to Luthra house again then.
After some time, Nidhi taunts Preeta for not leaving in 10 minutes. Preeta tells Nidhi that treatment took time. Aarohi taunts Preeta. Preeta notices Karan is calling her. She asks Nidhi that why the latter has problem with her. Nidhi says that Karan and Rajveer are connected because Preeta. She adds that Karan don’t care about his family because of Preeta and Rajveer. Preeta asks Nidhi that whether this is the real reason. Nidhi sees Rakhi. Preeta picks Karan’s call and learns that he talked to lawyer about Shaurya and Rajveer got discharge. She leaves from there.
On the other hand, Rajveer thanks Karan for discharge. He tells Karan that the latter need not to do anything for him. Karan tells Rajveer and Palki to get in the car. He helps Rajveer to wear seat belt.
