Episode will embark on Vardhan burning the list and Dr. Sid helpless in stopping that. Furthermore, he accuses Vardhan to be a murderer. Vardhan  insisted that if all rich people on Titanic were murderers then he is too. He tries to punch Vardhan but stops. Vardhan says he cannot because that will ruin his career. Dr. Sid warns him if Niti cannot be saved, he will not leave him. 

Subtle victory of Innocence:

Here, Dr. Ishani takes kids (Niti’s brothers) to parents whose daughter is dying. Despite of accepting that she is orphan and she knows the agony of loosing loved ones, she failed to convince them. On that, elder brother embraces father saying he knows how it feels. Younger one said to innocently that her sister need fever. Mother finally smiles on that innocence that its not fever, its liver and hugs the child.   

Dr. Ishani run towards Dr. Sid and asks him for operation of Niti as she has donor now. However, there will be some complication which Dr. Ishani and Dr. Sid handles together. Dr. Ishani a thank you from Dr. Sid. He replies that she doesn’t know what she has done for him but she is ignorant about what is going on in hospital. 

Perception matters: 

Other side, Dr. Anjali takes her father Dr. Shashank out on wheelchair. Dr. Anjali asks for her father’s support. He says, he has already given permission. She counters that its not from heart. Besides, they saw a daughter on wheelchair and her father loving her in lawn. Dr. Anjali says that how a father is loving his daughter. She envy such daughters. Dr. Shashank says that if that father sees them, he will envy him. Because, he wants to be on wheelchair like him, not his daughter. Dr. Shashank says its all about how people perceive things. Later, he warns Dr. Anjali of Vardhan.

In OT, Dr. Sid, Dr. Ishani and other junior doctors deal with complication in Niti’s surgery but finally successful. 

Relationship between strangers:

Niti in her ward resting when Dr. Sid came. Niti asks him to take his brothers home. Dr. Sid said to Dr. Rahil to leave kids to his home. Later, Dr. Ishani enters, Dr. Sid introduces her to Niti. He said, she deserves all credit and says sorry to Dr. Ishani. Niti said thanks to Dr. Ishani but she says someone else deserves the credit. The girl’s parents comes to meet. Dr. Ishani says she should thank them. Mother says now she is like their daughter. Niti says one day she’ll make them proud. Dr. Sid gets emotional and Dr. Ishani sees that. She tells him that he confuses her as how he gets emotional. Dr. Sid says, he wonders how two strangers come close. Dr. Ishani thought he is flirting with her but he was mentioning the relationship between parents and Niti. So, he smiles and says she is Khoti in Punjabi. 

Though, at cafe while talking Dr. Ishani proves her intelligence. Dr. Sid says she is Dil se Khoti. Dr. Ishani announces her win to Dr. Sid. He congratulates. gives his hand for shake which she ignores. But he says its beginners luck with her and later she will come to him crying. 

Challenge winner Dr. Ishani

They hear a fight at entry gate. A man with a gun tries to enter. When guards tries to stop he points gun on them, then points on Dr. Ishani who comes in between. Later, Dr. Sid comes forward protecting her. 

 

Precap: 

Dr. Sid instructs Dr. Ishani to take stairs and he announces on mic to stop all activities in MRI room. Since, Dr. Aman was wearing earphone, he fails to listen. He pushes button and a child is going to MRI unit.
